5 stars for Mill Creek Foot and Ankle Clinic, Dr. Hall and his staff. A place of comfort and kindness. Dr. Hall takes the time to listen and explain and I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Hall. I moved to Portland 2 years ago, and I choose to make the commute to continue as a patient at Mill Creek Foot and Ankle Clinic.

I hate the worst experience ever in this office. I went in to have a corn taken care of. The Dr cut my foot. It was a small cut, but it was very painful and on the bottom of my foot. During my appt we also discussed some other issues that resulted in an orthotic. When I returned to pick it up, she looked at my corn again and offered to removed it even though I was hesitant since I knew insurance was not going to cover it. She cut me again. This time was much worse than the first. She had trouble controlling the bleeding. She will never use a blade on me again. She wanted to "make it up to me". How do you make it up to someone who will be in pain walking for at least a week with company in town and not even be able to try said orthotic. Efforts to contact the office about issuing a formal complaint went unanswered. I'm looking for a new Dr.

really liked the doctor, he did a wonderful job on my feet!!! they look great
