Alex's quick response, and diagnostics performance was quite impressive. He even put on shoe covers before entering the home, (something home owners appreciate). The central air unit was repaired very quickly, it was a large capacitor the size of a fist. I will be a continuing customer of Sanfords due to their quick response to those nagging home problems that tend to come up at the worst of times. Thanks Alex and Brian for a commendable job. --- Dan

Phillip was wonderful - he didn't delay, he assessed the problem and went right to work doing a thorough job and ensuring I understood the process and needs of the situation before moving forward. He realized i was in a rush to get back to my job and made sure that he completed his in a timely manner, being respectful and dilligent during the entire service call. I would certainly recommend asking for him by name!

Phillip was right on time. He came to do a routine maintenance service on our HVAC system. He was friendly, honest and reliable. Thanks for the great service!
They did an excellent job replacing our boiler. Stayed until almost 8PM to finish it same day. The work was thorough and clean.
Great company, came right out to inspect our AC and heating systems in our new house. They offer good promotions for new homeowners. The technician, Scott, was very thorough and explained everything he was doing and offered good options for repair and maintenance. I will refer Sanford to all of my real estate clients and continue to use them myself!

Alex performed a yearly check up on our AC. He has priviously done some installation for us and on both occasions has demonstrated a thorough knowledge of his work. He is a very pleasant individual and able to answer any questions I have. Five stars for sure.

Alex Ducharme came out to fix a problem with our furnace and I'd recommend him and Sanford Temperature Control to anyone. We purchased an air conditioner / heat pump unit from Sanford Temperature Control in the summer of 2014. The installation was scheduled at a time that was convenient to our schedule and the technicians were very professional and friendly. They were always ready to answer any questions we might have. When we had a problem due to excessive snow the promptly came out and resolved the situation. I would recommend Sanford Temp. Control to anyone in need of their services.
Craig and Zak were the installers for my heat pump system. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They made every effort to be neat, even though the conditions were a challenge (soft dirt, bits of insulation, etc.) They cleaned up admirably before they left, and were able to complete the installation in one day. When they arrived they consulted to determine the best placement for the outside units which differed from the original plan with the salesman Kyle. They worked well with the electrician to accomplish a smooth and excellent completion of the job. Because of the work and sales crew, I will recommend Sanford Temperature Control to anyone who might inquire.
