Aikido is a unique martial art that integrates body, mind and spirit. Graceful and powerful is good for the development of children's discipline and self confidence. We also train in low impact aikido for seniors in a friendly atmosphere. If you are a veteran come and try it for a month. We will be honored with your presence.

Services/Products

We train in empty handed techniques self defense. Also work defense against bokken (wooden sword) and the wooden staff (jo). We develop children's self-discipline and focus without bullying. For seniors we teach low impact aikido and at the same time develop balance and stability.
