They have been wonderful with all our cats, even when it was an emergency on Christmas Eve. They are more than our vets. Everyone on staff is a friend. Can't recommend too highly.

Recommended by a "large animal" vet. EMAC staff were friendly and helpful and took great care of my injured/ailing cat. The first time I took him in, my cat had a broken pelvic bone; the doctor was gentle, but thorough. Since then, she has cared for Jake through bad teeth, UTCs, impacted glands, and now, old age. I have boarded him when I had to be away on long trips. They took care of him and gave him attention and affection. The doctors and staff also took care of me when I was stressed about my "baby's" condition.

I adopted a dog on Thursday got home the dog started constantly sneezing, call vet and was told to wait couple days to get used to new home. The sneezing was so hard at time the dog would hit its head on hard wood floor sneeze 6-7 times straight, all day. On Monday called and was told that they find out that upper respiratory infection was going around, gave us some medicine, on following Friday we went to return dog because new symptoms was showing up. I told them that I thought the dog had medical issues. When I got there the vet came out was rude, said she had explained everything(nothing to do with this dog) took dog, said she was not refunding money, and told me to get out (in front of 2 other employees. We had 10 days to return the dog but she said she had the right to refund or not and she was not going to refund. Cost $171.00 plus all the items (bed, crate, food, treats, collar, leash) Not the nicest people and in my opinion the dog should have had an exam for medical issues. Take you chance with this vet.
