They will take your money and not pick up your trash. Too lazy or incompetent and just say your cans were not at the street, when they are. You try and call, they put you on hold for 45 minutes, than just hang up on you. Even going down to the office and speaking with the Operations Manager is useless.

County waste has raised my rate every month since running ducks out of business. They give no warning or reason. Since gas is going down in price why would they continue to raise rates? My rate went from 13 dollars a month to now 22 dollars a month. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Wish i could select 0 stars

They have raised rates AGAIN with no notice. Duck's with some of the problems they had were a DREAM compared to these people. I guess when you come in and buy all of the compaines, you can start being @$$holes to everyone because they have nowhere to go.

I am very upset with County Waste about this newest increase in their monthly fees, even after they acquired a lot of new business. I've been with them for over 16 years (although there were a few different owners during that time period). Two additional price increases in the past year alone!. I usually have one bag of trash per week, and this newest price of $19.50 a month is just too much. The service has always been fine, but someone in management better wake up before they lose a lot of business.

Jan 1, 2014 County Waste raises monthly fee from $13.50 to $15.50 Jan 1, 2015 County Waste raises monthly fee to $17.50 July 28, 2015 County Waste sends out notices to customers claiming they are raising monthly fee to $19.50 due to increased "cost for items beyond their control such as health insurance, employee wages, trucks, repair parts, containers and tires continue to rise". What they fail to mention is they now have the monopoly on waste mgmt. after purchasing Ducks and they neglect to admit how many new customers they acquired. Come on....do they really think people are stupid???

When they bought Ducks they did not honor my contract because they "lost them" (how convenient) and raised my rate. Office girls are a joke. Rates are still reasonable now but I bet in the future without a contract they will be steadily going up every year since they have no big competition. Have not had a problem with pickup. I am looking for another service if this happens.

They told me to put all my leave bags out on my curb and they are still out there since Dec 8th. Today is Dec 20th. Don't tell me they will arrive at the end of the week and don't show up! We had made calls once a week and nothing. This is the worst company I know so far. We miss Ducks. They were reliable

They have torn up our trees, left trash bins on their sides, left pelican lids open, left trash where their "forks" busted the bags and they didn't bother to clean it up. Ducks disposal did a MUCH better job. Called to complain, told them I'd be happy to submit photos and they said the route manager would call, they never bothered. They don't care about ANYTHING, especially how they leave a neighborhood. 2 thumbs down!

Since County Waste took over they have been awful to deal with. Avoid at all costs.

Ducks sucks! I had Ducks for three years and I'm not a fan. At first, there were no problems, but then there were three occasions where our trash was not picked up at all. Since I assumed it was an error on my part, (because why would Ducks hire pick up drivers that were incompetent, right?) I would send them a payment. They'd send the payment back since I was paid up... but couldn't explain why their drivers neglected to do their job on more than one occasion. So, third time is the charm. Goodbye, Ducks. Maybe someday they'll stop hiring "quacks".

I have had service with this company for over 6 years. I have never had a problem. My route driver is always friendly and waves when he sees me, and I have never had a bad experience with any of the drivers or staff in the office. For those having such a bad experience with their pick up people, it must just be luck of the draw, because mine is great.

I have paid for this service for 10 years. Never had a problem until recently when a "supervisor" reportedly ran my route and left 3 of my personal trash cans and 3 garbage bags out on the curb, for 3 weeks straight! After calling customer service to complain (and after my neighbor had a negative experience the same week), the customer service rep was not at all accomodating, basically saying they wouldnt do anything to resolve this issue. Regardless of my 10 year patronage and the fact that i pay a monthly fee for a service i use once per month. So much for supporting local businesses. Switching to another company asap!

I can't even tell you about the service, which by reading previous reviews must be bad. I have seen Ducks Disposal cans in front of houses on my street, on the street directly around the corner from me, on the street perpendicular from mine, and in numerous other locations very close to my house. However, when I called to begin services, the lady asked my street address, without asking to verify spelling or anything. Then she informed me that they don't provide service in my area. When I questioned her on this information, informing her that I have seen other Ducks Disposal cans right on my own street and around the corner, she asked for all of my local streets. When I gave her a list she didn't even attempt/bother to look any of them up and abruptly informed me that they don't service my area. I can only assume that she spelled the street name wrong and they don't want my service anyway. So I called another company. After reading these reviews, I might have actually lucked out.

I caught the Ducks garbage men peeing in my yard 3 times and management made excuses for it?? No thanks.

I HAVE HAD SERVICE WITH TWO OTHER COMPAINES AND THEY CANT HOLD A CANDLE TO DUCKS. ALL OF MY EXPERIENCES HAVE BEEN GREAT AND THE OFFICE STAFF HAVE BEEN VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, ESPECIALLY THE OFFICE MANAGER MRS GLENN. I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY!

This disposal co is poorly managed / is very unreliable / lazy workers / just poor. They left me with 6 bags of trash at my house on a holiday and said they could NOT find my house after 2 years of service. They pick-up 2 weeks out of 4 and charge the WHOLE month. Customer Service is less than good.
