I would like to thank Conner Brothers Body Shop (Chester location) for fixing my car in a timely manner. Ladies if you are not sure what to do, just stop by the shop and they will explain the details of how the process works with your insurance. I was very please with their work. They were always polite when I called to check on the progress of my car.
Conner Brothers in Midlothian is the best body shop to deal with. They made a customer for life out of me. When I wreck my car again I will most definitely come back to you folks. You were able to take a bad situation and make something good out of it. Kristie was so helpful and let me ask lots of questions. She made me feel at ease as soon as she greeted me. She also sent me texts every day to let me know how my car was coming along. Matt fixed me a cup of coffee, talked to me about the damages to my car and told me about Conner Brothers while I was waiting for my ride to pick me up. The car looks great! Nobody can tell that I ever hit that mailbox now. The work is great, the staff is great, and the company does great things in the community too. Conner Brothers is Great!!
