Clean Slate Virginia is a law firm that clears criminal records. Clean Slate Virginia uses new Virginia sealing laws (sometimes called Virginia’s new “Expungement law”) and existing expungement laws to clear criminal records throughout the entire state of Virginia. Virginia’s new “Clean Slate Law” will be effective July 1, 2025. Virginia’s new record sealing laws permit personal information regarding criminal convictions to be removed from the Virginia Case Status and Information System. Clean Slate Virginia also helps people with pending criminal charges, using Deferred Disposition (19.2-298.02) and the Virginia Felony drug first offender program (18.2-251).
