OSI Restaurant Partners' portfolio of brands consists of Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba's Italian Grill, Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, Roy's, Lee Roy Selmon's, Blue Coral Seafood & Spirits and Cheeseburger in Paradise restaurants. It has operations in 50 states and 20 countries internationally. Bonefish Grill specializes in market fresh fish grilled over an oak-burning grill, and an array of sauces and original toppings. Bonefish Grill offers a variety of appetizers, soups, salads, grilled fish dishes, wines and martinis. Bonefish Grill is known for using ingredients, such as hearts of palm, pine nuts, artichokes, goat cheese and sun-dried tomatoes. The menu features a selection of hand-cut steaks and pork tenderloin, as well as pasta and chicken dishes, in addition to the fresh fish offerings. One of the best meals I've had since being in Virginia. The meal selection was great. The food was delicious. The wait staff beyond amazing. I cannot wait to revisit this establishment.

We used to love Bonefish. There are so few (good) seafood restaurants in Richmond, and the Bang-Bang Shrimp has always been a favorite. However, my friend and I both got very ill after eating there last night (7-21-08), so we are taking it off our list of restaurants to visit.--Patsy
Four times they served raw pork tenderloin ( no longer on menu ) to our table. I had ordered the tenderloin and a friend placed an order for the tenderloin to go. It looked great until I cut into it and found it to be raw. I sent it back. Again they served me another raw order. This time the manager took it back and assured me that he would make sure it would be right the next time. Not ; it was raw too. I left that night without eating.The to go order was also raw. I contacted one of the owners. He was most apologetic and offered to cover the bill for 2 dinners for 2. We came in one night and dined At the end of the meal I asked to speak to Mr. Sperry. I told him who I was,he said he had remembered my email. I told him that the meal was exceptional. Mr. Sperry went even further and covered the whole check for our table of five. The next trip was disappointing. The food was great but our reservations were a joke. Reservations were made for 7:30 and we were not seated until 8:45.
