The worst service. Paid for over a year getting1% of what I was paying for. Someone finally cane out and said they needed an extra man to set up a "pole" and months later pole and now they want $140 before they try and reschedule. And supervisor offered me a $12 credit. I asked why I would be charged full price for services if I want receiving them. 2 associates and a manager has the same response. I'm sorry.

The worst customer service imaginable. Laughed at me for being upset. I would not recommend for anyone. The law says they must provide 60% of services meanwhile I had1% and no one cared.

The crapest service we have ever had sad only one we can get out where we live if you can get something different I would worse then dial up

terrible service the email is always down...dont use them!

Terrible service...email is always down and the connection is about 80% if you have another option use it.

Very dependable and fast service with responsive customer service. Only downside istheir web-based e-mail, which is the main reason I have internet. I know I'm picky about it,but I spend all day e-mailing in my job. The program is not user-friendly and you cannoteven adjust how long you are allowed to stay on the page.
