I was originally an Americas Best customer. I have to say this place made me feel like family coming here! Everyone was nice ,Cathy who works uop front is always sweet . The female optometrist is amazing as well! I called the homewood location and received friendly customer service over the phone . I just bought new glasses from the pearle vision midlothian location and I love them but they are a little big and the scratch resistant lenses are not really scratch proof lol. Also the frames I paid extra for still irritate my nose but it could be because they need adjusting but overall I had a greet experience with them.

Was assured on the phone that the doctor never runs more than 5 minutes late on appointments. I didn't see the doctor until 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, although I could hear her casually chatting in the exam room. I was then late for my subsequent appointment at another doctor's office. I was also not told they do not stock contacts in their store even though the reason I made this appointment was to get contacts right away for a vacation.
