I scheduled an appointment with Jacob. He had Zack with a heads up so Zack was ready for the car. I ended up needing tires. They looked all over( as I have hard to find tires). But found a set for me and had them put in same day. We now live out of town so this extra care service is appreciated. I did mention I might need them but most car dealerships don't listen. John Baker at the Lincoln concierges is always helpful too if you own a Lincoln. Love Rogers Ford. Best place to buy a car because the after care is Quailty

I haven been going to Rogers Ford since 2000. I bought my first Lincoln MKS. Loved it so much. I bought my second Licoln MKS here and Ford King Ranch F150 same day for my husband from Lee Cook. Great salesman. As for service Dept. Jacob Klein and Dave with Martin. Now Brandon is Back with John Baker in Front. But if you need Tire or rotation oil change Zach is your man. I always get great help. I usually try to email to let them know I'm coming and all set up. Great crew. !!!!! Yes I'm name dropping. Give credit where it's due.

I was really satisfied with the service I received and I feel like April should be commended for the work she does. She is very attentive and her professionalism is excellent.
