I just moved to the area and went on my lunch break just to get a fill on my solar nails the girl took off my existing nails and put a whole new set on then insisted that my eyebrows were ugly and she was going to do them i have a regular girl in round rock where im from thats been doing my hands and feet for years and there was no comparison for the price i paid i was treated poorly dont go here

I've been a return customer here for close to three years. I've used different nail techs and found all to be polite, professional, and talented. The manager at this location is male, so I am curious about the negative account listed in the reviews. I currently have a nail tech that can recreate anything and has convinced me to do designs after years of avoiding it because her delicate art is so tastefully done. I also get my eyebrows waxed and have never had any breakouts or wax left on my face following the service. I'm 38, mother of 5, professional who doesn't settle for subpar work. Great place!

I went in on a day that was not busy. The manager is the one who painted my nail and the whoke time she stood up and rushed! I wanted a design on one finger that she attempted and it litterally looks like a child painted my nails! They didnt have the color I chose so she took it upon herself to choose a color that wasn't even close to the color I chose! I have the shellac gel and paint all over my skin around my nails! And wait..... there's more!!!!! I got my eye brows waxed and I have wax all over my face from it dripping! She was in such a hurry! So unprofessional and I will definitely not be going back!!!!!!!!!

I'm a regular customer at H2O and the environment is always very friendly. The staff goes out of their way to ensure their supplies/equipment is very sterile and clean. They are amazing!
