OKAY since the previous two accolades was a raving '1st Class' i want to say the receptionists in midland office are slothful and vague - non-commital and basically inept.

ASPEN DENTAL IN MIDLAND ROCKS!
I was pleasantly surprised to hear a cheerful voice when I called to make an appt. The sweet receptionist asked for my insurance info and said I could go online to complete their paperwork so I didn't have to wait when I got to my appt.
I drove 60 miles to this location and was greeted with smiles and cheerful employees. Rebecca called me in within minutes of my arrival and she was a delight. She knew what she was doing and took excellent care of me. You know how you instantly like someone? That's Rebecca. Dr. Noel came in and was very professional and explained everything to me to include how many appts I would need and how the process would go. She gave me her time and attention and listened to me and answered any questions I had. I next met with the financial officer who was also friendly and very helpful. She had the approval of my insurance done by the time I was finished with the doctor. When I tried on my wax dentures, Mario came out to ensure I liked the fit and the teeth. When I went in to pick up my completed dentures I felt like I was walking in to visit with old friends. Rebecca, Dr. Noel and Mario were awesome as were every single person I met. Aspen Dental runs like a well oiled machine. Every person knows and does their job yet they are team players and they work well together. When my husband saw my teeth and my smile his only word was, WOW! Thank you, Aspen Dental.

Rebecca went above and beyond to to adjust my partial dentures. I'm a little disappointed that I had to wait 3 weeks. I was told I could do a walk in for adjustments but when I did I was told I needed an appointment. My partials at the time were very uncomfortable. I related to Rebecca my concerns and she did a GREAT job adjusting my partials. I'm a happy camper!
