Very dissapointed after trusting owners Tim & Judy for years with my vehicles. This last time I was there for a wheel bearing, I asked Tim to check everything out so that I would be safe for the winter-he also found that I needed a ball joint replacement. They were unable to do an alignment on my vehicle due it having after market wheels on it so I took it to the local Belle Tire. They were unable to perform the alignment because there was a second ball joint that needed replaced & a tie rod end-both of these should have been very visable to anyone who was checking things out! This caused me to look into the repairs done by Mid Michigan Auto & I discovered that they nearly doubled the cost of each of the parts they put on my vehicle! I then had a friend call there to get an estimate on the same repairs I had done & his quote was over $100 different from what I paid-for the exact same services!! I do plan on confronting Tim & Judy because after this many years I really feel taken advantage of by people I trusted-needless to say I will never return to them for any vehicle repairs again.

We've been dealing with them for 18 years, 7-8 vehicles. Always very fair.

Spent $1500 on repairs here and are still dealing with the same problem. Had someone else look at our car and they said the wiring done by Mid Michigan Auto was a "hack job." After replacing a part, they also left the defective part behind in the engine. We will not be going back and I would not recommend them.
