Called to order a flower arrangement that was featured on Koch's own web site. They tried to double the price and substitute different flowers. The person was very rude on the phone and said they don't control what is on their "own" web site. Like the first said, don't use this florist as there are plenty of other florists in the Middletown, NJ area.

This is an extremely unprofessional florist. I brought a bracelet to the shop that was to be made into a wristlet corsage.When I came to pick up the corsage they told me they "lost" the bracelet. Instead of being apologetic they were interested in minimizing the loss of my personal property that was in their possesion. This shop is disorganized and careless.Although the bracelet did not have a high dollar value, It had a personal value to me which they completely disregarded! The staff in this shop is Rude even when they are in the wrong.

Highly unsatisfied. Koch florist delivered the flowers a day early. When this was brought to their attention they were dismissive and did not apologize. When asked for a refund, Koch florist took it upon themselves to take the flowers back that had been delivered a day early. To date, I still have no refund and my girlfriend ended up with no flowers. I would not recommend this establishment to ANYONE!

Love the flowers I receive from Koch. At work, everyone is always amazed at how long they last and how pretty everything is. They pay attention to detail and work hard to give you what you want. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I received a delivery fulfilled by Koch that a relative ordered through another florist. A $65.00 arrangement consisted of 5 carnations, 3 mums and some greens in a vase delivered a day late. This is the second incident of this happening at this florist. There are many florists in the Middletown area-I would highly recommend choosing another.
