Everytime I have to call them I get someone who is condescending and talks to me like I am a child and have no idea what I'm talking about. If I wanted to be treated that way I would have stayed in duval county with JEA... its not like your prices are any better.

Is it admin.policy to test each employee under the rules of this authority whenever a driver is involved in a vehicular accident? Is this a matter I should take up with th FW & PCOA? If an employee who is covered under the auspicces of this co. supposed to be tested or is it only is theis iss probebl cause? My review is that this is an awful way to have to handle such matters.

Thank GOD our water company gives us 45 days to pay a monthly bill!! These people are the friendliest group of utility employees that i've ever dealt with. Check the other water companies and you'll see that Clay Utility has cheaper fees. PAY YOUR WATER BILL AND ELECTRIC BILL before any other bills and you won't have to worry about getting your service disconnected like that last customer wrote...HELLO!!!

If you would like to speak with the most black hearted cold government employee types in Clay County be sure to give them a call. Unless of course you get an hour long busy signal and sit on hold forever due to their horrible phone system. They sent me a bill that had the due date after the date they planned to turn off the water so after 5 1/2 years of paying them on time they shut the water off and then charge me 30 bucks when a simple notice or the bill telling me they planned to shut the water off before the due date would have been fine. This is not the first horror story I have heard about the utter incompetence of their government run water racket so beware!
