Can you put zero stars? We have spent so much at Kay's over the years. Will NEVER go back to this one. First I found a ring I loved they didn't tellMe you have to pay extra for sizing, you don't at the regular Kay's. Cane called to tell me it was ready and he starting laughing and joking with someone while on the voicemail and hung up. I went to pick it up with the receipt and he would t let me. All the jewelry records of the past were under my husbands name even though I bought this one! Will never use this place agai. It was a joke ! All the money I spend on jewelry will go somewhere else!!!

I walked into this establishment with a quick question about a gift that was purchased for me. There were clearly 3 employees all helping customers. I patiently waited for my turn. As I was waiting an employee came out to the store room floor from the back. She helped 2 customers without even glancing in my direction. As she was going to help the 3rd customer that was just walking in the door I approached her to say that I had been waiting 30 minutes. She rudely said "excuse me but I'm helping another customer". Then an employee who was clearly leaving for a break or to go home asked me what was wrong. I told her and she huffed and puffed before she dropped her belongings to help me. I was so upset by the treatment I had received at this point that I said forget it, I'll go somewhere else and walked out. No one deserves the treatment I received from this store, I will tell everyone I know not to visit this establishment or any other Kay's for that matter.
