I have an infant and another small child, and I was told I couldn't use the drive thru unless my bank faxed them something saying I didn't have to come in everytime, plus they always take forever now in drive thru when I make it as simple as put the entire payroll check into my savings account. NOW I went to deposit and was very unapologetically told the lines were down AFTER I was greeted and the teller took all of my slips out of the tube to review. They were sent right back to me and before I could ask aything she turned her back to talk to co-workers and ignored me. Wasted gas to take a wasted trip and got WASTEFUL service.
