so here it is, AVOID THIS SHOP and save yourself frustration. i left my bike for a repair on tuesday the 8th of january for a brake adjustment (wheel on the back was not spinning fast enough) and they said it would be ready for a pick following day. when i called them on wednesday they said the bike was not ready and said that i should pick up the bike next day. i could not pick it up on thursday so on friday i called to be sure it is ready and they have told me no and that they were awaiting parts for it, when i asked what parts they could not answer, then i said it was supposed to be just adjusted and no parts required they said "o sorry yes u r right just come and pick it up tomorrow. friday i was busy with work so i could not pick it up anyway so i called on saturday and they said that they will call me in few hours so i can pick it up. guess what no one called. so today sunday i went there, the bike was not fixed and i just picked it up and was ready to leave, when one of the cust

When you walk in you are greeted with kindness and respect. I recently got my bike stolen on South Beach and my desire was to get another bike with quality, lightness and dependability. I was shown several bikes and was counseled in going with a Jamis Zenith. I did not have the money to purchase it right off and was told about the layaway plan. I am happy to say, I now have my new bike! The staff took time in showing me everything about my new bike including getting a bike fit. I was throughly pleased with the service and the staff and recommend anyone who need a quality bike to go in and take a look around. This company has my vote of confidence!!!!

I have been coming here for years and have already purchased 3 bicycles from them. Stellar service and they are super kind with my daughter. Very knowledgeable with all aspects of bicycle maintenance and repairs. I have been in a pinch a few times with last minute race prep or adjustments and they have never failed me! I have a major bicycle chain a block by my house here on Biscayne Blvd, but I chose to go to the Scoot Skate & Bike co instead. Thanks Guys!
