I had a very good experience with Patent Services USA. They helped me with an invention I'm working on and I was satisfied with the service they provided. They're great people. If there are any problems or issues that arise, they do what they can to make it right. Their
pricing is very reasonable for the service they provide. I shopped around and they had fair prices. The people I dealt with were professional and knew their field well. They knew what they were talking about. In particular, the agent I dealt with was really good at what she does. She was just great to work with and had great communication skills. This was my first time using this service but I would definitely call them again if I needed.

I am honestly shocked by how amazing this company has been towards my invention. Since day one they have worked side by side with me to ensure that the end result is exactly the way ive imagined it to be. They are honest and very professional. I am thankful to have had such a great team help me through my journey of creating my invention.

What I really like about the people over at Patent Services USA is that they are very helpful and genuinely seem to want to see me succeed. I like that they would call me every week with updates on where we were in the patent process. The people I worked with really seemed genuinely interested in what I wanted to get a patent for which was cool to see. They also helped me come up with a better way to express my patent and how I could make it more marketable which was really helpful. They just genuinely want you to succeed and that goes a long way for me.

So far, I am really enjoying using Patent Services USA. They are currently helping me to get a patent pending, and helping me to manufacture an invention product. This is my first time using them and the staff has been great. When I decided to get a patent, I contacted several companies and they were the only ones to call me back. They're available right when you need them and I don't have to wait for them to respond if I have a question. When I reach out to them, whether through e-mail or phone, they always respond immediately and provide great service. I hope they continue to do a great job and I would absolutely recommend them to future customers. They have prompt service, they are very friendly, and I can tell that they are up to speed with the work that they do. Everything has been going very well up to this point, so I'm happy!

My consultant was very easy to talk to, honest, and up front about the experience as a whole. I also appreciated that he used everyday language to explain things, not technical terms that I wouldn't be able to understand.
