DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND. It is run by a very rude, conniving, and inconsiderate woman who only cares about her own gain, and does not care about how it will harm other people. I ordered more than 150 kippot for my daughter's bat mitzvah, which was on january 4th. I went back and forth with the owner, clarifying that we would receive the kippot BEFORE that date. Today, the day after my daughter's bat mitzvah celebration, I still have not recieved the kippot. A few weeks before the bat mitzvah, I kept trying to reach her and ask her about the progress of our order. She would not answer any of my calls, or return any of my messages. I realized that since I live in LA, she was looking at the caller ID and not accepting any calls from LA. I called my sister who lives in Indiana and asked her to call the owner. She called, and not-so-surprisingly, the woman picked up her call. My sister then, connected me to the call and I was finally able to reach the woman after more than a month. Again, she promised that our order would reach us on time, and she emailed me a contract. I signed the contract and felt a little bit more satisfied. Now, two days after the deadline that we had agreed, the kippot are not in my hand. I took another look at the contract we agreed on, and realized that the information that I had signed upon in the contract was changed! This woman had went against everything we had agreed on, and sneakily put different information in the contract, which I didn't read, because I trusted that she had filled it out as we had agreed. Now that this is over, there is nothing that I can do about it. I highly recommend that you do NOT order from this company.
