- Child SupportOur investigators conduct child support investigations that involve finding the non-paying parent, showing proof of employment, proving that a parent works full-time when they are claiming they only work part-time and other types of situation that may violate an active child support order. Unfortunately, child support investigations are quite common these days and age and quite often involve the hiding of assets and income by the non-paying parent. Our job as investigators is to gather all the available proof and compile it in a report format with accompanying video footage, which is presented to the appropriate court. This evidence, along with our testimony (if requested), is usually enough to find the non-paying parent in violation of the child-support order and, in most cases, results in court action being taken that will ensure future payments from the violating party. - Child Custody and Visitation. The level of aptitude we have developed for solving cases of this nature over the years has ensured that we successfully close over 99% of all cases brought to our agency. Our private investigators have worked hundreds of infidelity, corporate, child custody and other types of cases all throughout the area. This has allowed us to get to know the neighborhoods and the layouts of different buildings and communities. The knowledge gained throughout the years makes it very easy for us to design effective and successful investigative plans.
- Spousal SupportWhile most private investigation agencies chose to offer every type of investigation service possible, we have elected to specialize in surveillance, with a special focus on cheaters cases, also known as infidelity, on business/corporate cases and on child custody/alimony issues. By focusing on these types of investigation cases, we have been able to perfect our surveillance skills and to gather a lot of knowledge and experience in how to solve these issues expeditiously and affordably.
- Traffic ViolationsChild custody investigations happen to be the second most common type of domestic investigations that we perform (first being infidelity). This type of investigation usually involves situations in which one parent has full custody and the other parent wants full custody or shared custody. It may also involve cases in which both parents share custody and the client may want full custody. Our primary job in this type of investigation is to gather information that would prove that the subject parent is either neglecting or abusing the child or that they are an unfit parent. Showing that a parent is unfit usually involves proving that the subject is using alcohol irresponsibly or using drugs. It may also involve other types of behavior that may put a child at risk, such as speeding or violating other traffic laws, failing to use use an age-appropriate car seat for the child, leaving the child with family when they asked the court for one-on-one time with the child, etc.
