I waited on the phone for a while then had a two hour wait along with no authorization on file, never checked my insurance until i got there. It was a long wait and no seats in the waiting room. I wouldnt go back

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I CALLED AS AN EMERGENCY AND THEY GOT ME AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE DAY I WANTED. THAT DAY THE LOBBY WAS PACKED AND I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO BE THERE FOREVER; HOWEVER, I WAS CALL IN JUST 15 MIN AND IN HALF AN HOUR I WAS DONE. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. TWO YEARS AGO I WAS THERE FOR MY MAMMOGRAPHY AND IT WAS GOOD TOO.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, LEFT TO WAIT ON THE PHONE FOR OVER 10 MINUTES TO SET UP APPOINTMENT AND WAITED OVER 1 HOUR FOR APPOINTMENT BECAUSE THEY WERE RUNNING 1 HOUR BEHIND, NOT A FRIENDLY STAFF
