Provided by YPmobileAfter having problems ordering from another company that gave me the Wrong parts for my bike and dealing with the hassle for a return I started researching and came across Accessories International. It was nice to speak to people so kind and knowledgeable of what they were sending me. a windshield for my Kawasaki Vulcan a “switchblade 2up” quick release. They were very thorough and made sure I selected the right parts on my own in my cart online. They took the time to go over every item To double check and make sure they were correct and in stock. Definitely recommend this site. Found parts much cheaper here than on other sites

This guys were great, they shipped a Memphis shades windshield at a lower price than their advertise price. It took 4 days to arrive and it fitted very good.
I did business with these guys in May 09. While the service personnel did their best trying to get me the correct windscreen for my 01 Katana, I still received the wrong one, and pretty much knew it even before I opened the package. Here's the kicker...I had paid shipping charges both ways and they still deducted 15% from my credit card refund even tho they sent me the wrong one. I sent them an email inquiring about this, and the return I got was just a reference to a 15% restocking fee. I never even opened the sealed unit, just the outside packaging and saw it was not what I needed, All they needed to do was take it out of the UPS box and put it back in the location they pulled it from. Now, if you want to do business with a company that is so inflexible with it's customers as to operate in this manner I welcome you to do so. BUT....you have been forewarned by this reviewer.
