what a difference ! i used to process my credit cards through my local bank and with merchant one i was shocked at how much cheaper i was paying on my rates and fees ,not to mention they were able to deposit my transacations into my account the next day , my other provider took 2 days . that means a lot to a small business like mine

I never agreed to have them remove money from my account. My understanding was the fees were supposed to come from the transactions I processed. I had numerous problems with their card terminals, customer services was poor to nonexistant, staff is rude when you do get through to them. I finally had enough, canceled my account with them and without warning they took $700 from my account. I called to resolve the problem and they told me I was under a contract and they took $700 to cover the remaining balance of my contract. The information in the lease section of this contract was blacked out and it said Not Negotiable. I was completely unaware that I was signing a 3 year contract with them. This company will continue to remove unauthorized funds from your account if you don't close it. Go to the better business bureau website to read reviews on this company. Google this company and you'll find more reviews. this site wont let me post websites otherwise I'd give a list of them.
