      My practice is based on the belief that change is possible and emotional wellbeing is withinyour reach. Together we will find solutions to help you and your loved ones develop effectivestrategies to achieve the lasting changes you seek. Over the years, I have helped manyindividuals find solutions to a wide range of mental health issues and life’s challenges. I ama sensitive, compassionate psychologist invested in your success. I strive to make our hourtogether focused, supportive and informative. My clients have appreciated my approach to therapy. Along with cognitive behavioral therapy I may incorporate relaxation and visualization strategies into our sessions. I strive to achieve cultural based treatments to help you achieve a positive change. If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, work stress or ADHD, let us work together to find solutions that work for you. I provide therapy to teens, adults, senior citizens and caregivers in both English and French. I am a provider on several insurances, including Medicare and Tricare.
