      I was admitted into harbour lights rehabilitation center around April of this year, I can honestly say I am 100% satisfied with my treatment, though I do not face drug addiction, I do believe the patients there are being treated with the best of their councilors ability, councilors are given based on who the team thinks will be the best fit your specific personality. All around fantastic company very professional. 10/10 would recommend

      Harbor Lights Chemical Dependency is a New York State licensed outpatient facility located in the heart of Oswego County, New York. We are conveniently located near Interstate I-81 and bus routes by Centro and Oswego County Opportunities. Harbor Lights was established as a private clinic in 1993 and has seen continued growth through its years of operation. The services offered include traditional individual and group counseling for adults and adolescents with substance abuse and alcohol problems to unique programs for individuals with substance abuse and mental health issues, developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Our Intensive Outpatient Program offers the most intensive outpatient treatment in the county with treatment available for up to 3 hours per day and 6 days per week. Other unique services include relapse prevention counseling, aftercare counseling, and anger management. Harbor Lights is also a New York State Department of Motor Vehicles approved evaluator and treatment provides for individuals arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or other drugs. We are also an approved Department of Transportation treatment provider for individuals who have a commercial driving license (CDL) Harbor Lights also has one of the few individuals approved and credentialled by New York State to provide counseling for compulsive gambling.*Evening Hours Available
