Easy to talk to has great ideas there service people are well trained and experienced,when they set a time they have always arrived with in 30 min. of set time. trucks are well stocked and the work when finished is complete and a clean job

This review is an honest first hand account of my one and only experience. Truth be told. I'd be more than happy to write a good review but in this case it's the opposite. The owner Gary Traina quoted me a price for a "clean out" which would take approx an hour. He quoted me at $130.00. So I figured it would be in the ballpark give or take a few bucks. Long story short..the guys came to the house prompltly and willing to do the job, but once they got started they realised they didn't have enough cable to complete the job. The workers said that another co-worker took some of the cable off the truck (days earlier) and didn't return it . So they called another co-worker who was on the road to bring them more cable (snake) to finish the job. So the down time (wait time) was approx. 30 min. Once the guy arrived the job was complete shortly after. So the total time they were at the residence was 1 1/2 hrs. (30 min. Of wait time) keep in mind. When I recieved the bill 3 weeks later it was $335.00 !!!! You can imagine my reaction. I called and complained about the bill to the owner (Gary) and questioned his original verbal quote and told him the total work hours was an hour. After going back and fourth with me he cut the bill to $195.00 (which is the only positive to this story). What a scam this guy is. Never take someone for their word. This is a perfect example of that. You will be taken advantage of if you don't speak up for what's right and question when something is wrong. And customers should not have to deal with that.
