Terrible business, train wreck of a place! Took four months to repair my antique pocket watch and charged almost twice as much as the original quote. Refund was half as much as I deserved! Very disappointing!

My fiance' bought a ring in 05' and it was not a cheap ring, well the band broke which is not my fault and they made me pay for it to get it fixed and said it was my fault and they would not reapir it for free. Well i paid with no problem and was happy to get my ring back. How did it brake?? I really don't know i looked at my ring and seen it and the band was cracked. I just think that they should stand behind their products and fix them if they brake unless it's something major. I just don't think it's good service to not stand behind your products because things are not cheap. So shop around don't let them fool you like they did my fiance'.
