      Founded in 1992, Project Consulting Services provides a variety of design, planning engineering, project management, construction management and inspection services. The company s services target onshore and offshore pipelines, high-temperature pipelines, H2S pipelines, deepwater pipeline interconnects, drilled crossings, platform removal and decommissioning, meter facilities, preparation of permit applications, detailed scheduling and budget controls, complete CADD and drafting services, quality assurance and quality control tracking and subsea assemblies. PCS s clients include Southern Natural Gas, Freeport-McMoRan Oil & Gas, Texaco, Tennessee Gas Pipeline, Shell, Chevron, Leviathan, Exxon/Mobil, Marathon Oil and Discovery Gas Transmission. The company employs more than 100 engineers, designers, project managers, construction specialists, CADD operators, inspectors and support personnel. Project Consulting Services maintains its corporate headquarters in Metairie, La., and operates branches in Houston, Birmingham, Ala., and Atlanta.
