I have ordered several baskets for my customers. All of my customers have loved the gifts and the service. No complaints from me, I will continue to order from this location. Thanks.

Fruit was amazing, but this store is HORRIBLE! They have left off fruit from arrangements on more than one occasion. They apologize, but never make it right. When you call to complain, they are so arrogant and condescending. I will NEVER order from this store again.

Nothing against the product itself; the fruit was fresh and very delicious, but customer service was BEYOND POOR. If you are to ever order from Edible Arrangements, pick somewhere else besides the Metairie location. The person who I spoke to insisted that the mix-up was MY mistake instead of theirs, and was very unprofessional in the way that she refused to listen to what I had to say about the situation. When I complained to the manager, I think it was the same person, because they insisted that I had miscommunicated with my recipient, and they were not at fault at all, and that they apologize for MY confusion, not theirs. For future references, don't attack your customers. I will not be ordering from this location ever again.

Im wrighting about edible arrangements in metairie. I have been a returing customer since they open, and I have to say after reading these reviews I find them false, this store is by far outstanding the girl i speak to all time (Courtney i belive she is the manager or owner) she is always very pleasent. I have never has any problems, and they have yet to dissapoint. I would reccomend this store to anyone looking to impress just keep in mind it's fresh fruit some pieces are sweeter than others I guess thats because it not all from the same melon they must cut alot of fruit bananas are to die for!!!!!!!

Order was unsatisfactory and also incomplete. The staff and management are unprofessional and I will not order from there again.

The 'stars' are for the chocolate covered strawberries and apples I received as a gift. However, service was poor and management was very rude. I really question how a business can sustain itself with such a condescending attitude toward its' customers. I will not deal with them again.
