We setup an appointment with ClearWater to move our hot tub to our new house and they never showed up. We had people waiting on them for hours. We tried calling several times when their office was supposed to be open but no one answered. When we finally got in touch with someone she informed us that the movers called out sick and she was too busy to call us. We were left in a serious bind and had to pay another company double the price to move it last minute. We won't be using ClearWater again.

Amazing service, great price. We shopped around and they had the best deal. After the sale their service was amazing.

Under NO circumstances should you use these people to Fix ANYTHING!!! I brought a leaking hot tub pump to these folk in May. I was told the seal was Bad. I paid to have it replaced and brought the unit home and installed the pump it leaked worse than when I took it in. so I removed it and took it in again the told me that the seal they installed was bad and put another one in. I reinstalled the pump and it leaked again. So back to Clearwater. This time I was told I my Volute had a very small creak in it and it needed to be replaced along with new Impeller and a seal. So after that work was done I reinstalled the pump and it still had a slight leak. But I ran the tub for an hour to see if things just might need to seat. But after an hour it still was leaking. So back again. This time they told me the impeller was burned up and the seal was destroyed,so more money and another repair and it still is not working 5 months and 250 bucks down the drain because these people don't have a clue

AUG 10 purchased hot tub signed contract with salesperson Chase Menard (CM)
AUG 12 CM left voice message "Oops! That tub you bought was already sold. We can switch it out for that one you didn't pick, its worth the same amount."
AUG 12 SMC returns call, asks for photos to be emailed for consideration.
5 DAYS LATER Chase leaves voice message "Did you make up your mind yet?"
2 DAYS LATER SMC emails "If that's the best you can do, please cancel the order."
RESPONSE: 'Lady, if you don't take this other tub we are charging you a 30% restocking fee. Your card WILL be charged. BEST OF LUCK"
AUGUST 26 - UPON PROVIDING THEM WITH DOCUMENTATION OF TRANSACTION, CHASE CREDIT CARD IMMEDIATELY REVERSED THIS TRANSACTION AND DISPUTE HAS BEEN OPENED. BEST OF LUCK.
