The customer service here is horrible. They were the lowest of all the quotes I got to fix my car so I brought it to them and had them start on it, shortly after I get a phone call from the owner saying he "quoted" the head lights wrong, which ended up being roughly 2,000 dollars more. Understandably things are more sometimes but at this point he then wanted to charge me money to put the car back together even after he gave me the wrong prices on the damage from the get go. So I was trapped and ended up just letting them finish the car and when we picked it up we had some disputes over the insurance and what was charged. Instead of politely talking to us about the situation the owner was EXTREMELY rude and argued with me and my dad, told us we know nothing about business or what we were talking about and that he would appreciate it if we never did business with him again. My family has owned and ran a successful company in Dallas for nearly sixty years now and if I know anything about business its this, you do not treat customers with disrespect and you definitely do not argue with them. Customers are free to choose where they spend their money and this is NOT a place I would recommend giving a dime to.
