I've been an employee at Agape Home Healthcare for a little over one year and a half. My experience here has re-wired my perception on working with Home Health agencies. I have had an overwhelmingly positive experience with ALL Agape's stakeholders I have had the pleasure of working with: office, field and support staff; team leads and administrators; and our reason for existing... our patients and clients. We have employees and clients/ patients who have been at Agape since it's inception and vow they will never leave...! I am leaving this agency after years they have grown and you can never get anyone on the phone all you get is a recording majority of the time when you call for someone. Then if and when you do talk to someone they are rude and sarcastic. They dont pay enough to their attendants who I would say is the most important person working for them because they care for the sick in their homes. This place has really gone down hill
