Consider this your warning: if you want your items to ship and arrive do NOT use this UPS location. Robert will steal the items straight out of your box for his own Personal use. And your empty box will ship "without contents" to it's destination. And the supervisor will do nothing about it! Never did I imagine someone would open my package and steal my nieces birthday gift- what is this world coming to? This is a horrible business and I recommend fed ex to all!!

Operate under various business licenses. No Physical address so they can't be traced. Quote one price and deliver something else. Will destroy your equipment, overcharge you and try to convince you that you have been treated fairly. They should give you Vaseline with the invoice.

Called to try to get help. I'm from out of town, she got frustrated that I did not know my way around. She was more concerned about her busy schedule than my needs. Unprofessional and impatient. Too bad, I wasn't going to call anyone else, until now.

The lock lady Laura couldn't have been better. Serving my home ASAP with me being out of state was great. She met with my realtor and then took me though which locks I needed or wanted. Laura did an excellent job for a very good price. Thank You ASAP!!!!!!
