While the service was ok, the front desk should have explained more on repeating payments. Simon Med kept taking payments out of my account when the total was already paid for. As I tried to correct the issue, it turns out that SIMN Billing doesn't communicate at all with the actual locations and it was the Simon Med location here that kept taking money out of my account when it should have ended. Please pay close attention to your account if you have a recurring payment with them. Check your account and make sure everything adds up because they won't. They'll just keep taking it out of your account.
