When we first moved into the East Valley 3 years ago SimonMed was outstanding. However, they have changed drastically. Awful,awful. You can never get a scheduler on the phone, messages are never returned for appts. A letters telling you how things are are never sent out. If you just need X-rays it is often at least an hour wait, when we went in Friday the 18th it was at least a 2 hour wait. I don't know if this like alot of the medical facilities in the area are ran by big corporations that have no idea about care or understanding the patient. I would try to find a different Imaging company unless you have to wait and don't care about the results.
