      This company rips off elderly and disabled. Makes sure you have to keep coming back. Filed complaint with BBB. He claimed he didn't know us. Sent original invoice. Awaiting outcome

      I went to this place to get my laptop repaired. The technician quoted $50.00. When I arrived to pick it up, the computer did the same "blinking" that was doing before. The guy said that it was the settings and that he would correct it. I got home and the screen went off again. I took it back and I was told that I needed to replace the whole screen! He quoted the price, but I was told that there would be no credit. I told him that it was unfair and he told me that he didn't warranty the repair and that if I wanted to move forward, I needed to order the screen. I tried to argue about the money that he charged me just the prior night and he told me to get the &:&@#" out. That his shop was private property and that he had recorded the whole conversation about the warranty the prior night. I asked him to show me WHERE in the conversation he said his repairs had no warranty and he told me to get out and came around the counter to get me out. I would never go back to this place.

      Ive purchased several tablets from revorering computers by sparky and have always been 100% satisfied. His prices are very comperable to other places that I have visited, and quite honestly I would much rather spend my money at a family owned business.
