      A couple of months ago, I decided to take on my 'baby weight' and get healthy. I knew that I needed help with my nutrition so I decided to join a doctor supervised weight loss center. A friend was part of MedShape and recommended it so I found the one closest to my house (this Mesa location), and went in for my free consult. 2 months later, I'm almost down to my pre-pregnancy weight. Yay!

      PS The MedShape protein shakes were a huge part of my success and most of them taste great.
