      For some reason this place has an absolutely absurd phone system that WON'T allow the employees in the "service department" (using the word SERVICE loosely) to dial out. Really they can't make simple phone calls. Not on there own and not even when thry have 20 voice mails begging them to call you.You might get a call from Walt Disney before you get a call from a service advisor or manager there. You will never recieve a call from this place regarding your trailer when it's there for service. At least in my situations that's certainly always been the case.It's very hard to understand how a place providing such poor customer service can afford to keep the doors open. My only guess is that they have money to blow. I tried Mesa where I purchased my slightly used travel trailer, I tried Deer Valley as recommended by Mesa when MESA dropped the ball. Same song and dance. What seems to be really important to them at both locations is good ol' JOHN WAYNE. And the more John Wayne memorabilia the better!!!! I read a review a while back someone left for them that was a pretty good, maybe even "5 stars". 99.9% chance it was left by an employee of theirs but hey, you have try and pay like you weigh. The response from the owner was something along the lines of "Thank you, we have been called the Disneyland of RV dealerships."I almost fell out of my chair laughing while reading that. This 2 bit doublewide trailer selling racket of a business with the cheesiest indoor camp ground. Filled with trailers that can't make it off the lot without a $600 delivery inspection to fix the manufacturers defects and $150 worth of goodwill decor?? That drizzle of a water fall, salmonella bacteria pond, fake camp fire, and outdoor noise cd is an attraction? Is it That? Or is it the imitation Park Ranger outfits that are supposed to share the likes of DISNEY? My goodness. Please omg this is nothing even comparable to the Creativity, Nostalgia, or Legend of Walt Disney. Little Dealer is like the County Fair of RV dealerships. Carnies and all. Who's over sized big head ego even thought that was a good comparison to make? Disney has Mickey Mouse and they have John Wayne. They couldn't even come up with thier own Mascott. Could have ran with a knock off Smokey the Bear, a knock off Yogi the Bear, or even a spin on Winnie-the-Pooh for the kids. Could have had that as part of their advertisement to enhance the theme. A little creativity could go a long way as far as trying to build up a brand. Something else to go aling with the raggedy "Theme park". Instead they opted for John Wayne and the $2 smiling trailer face logo. What should we do this week? Let's hang up more John Wayne photos!!!!! Let's have a starving artist paint another John Wayne life size mural. The walls aren't covered with enough of them (cheers echo throughout the campground).What does John Wayne have to do with RVs anyway? I don't understand but they seem to love and worship that MAN up there!!! Which leads me to believe that place is full of TRUMP VOTERS. "Life is tough, but it's tougher when you're stupid"-John Wayne"If everything isn't black and white, I say, Why the hell not?"-John Wayne"If you grab them by the vaginas, their hearts and minds will follow."-John WayneOhh & let's buy more bibles THAT we DON'T believe in to give away. That will make us look good. We can hide behind the blood of Jesus. HOW DOES THE BIBLE EVEN TIE IN TO THIS CHARADE?Lots of valuable lessons in the "good book" though. Like not idolizing false gods/prophet's and treating others THE way you want to be treated. MAYBE, just MAYBE make that good book required reading for all staff including OWNERS. TIE IT IN THAT WAY!!! Read it!!! Sign it when done!!! Then bring it back or no paycheck!! Including owners, no Especially OWNERS!!!!!! I mean if your going to hand them out. The crap roles down hill all the way DOWN from the top. Obviously alot of this is the reflection of horribly bad com

      Business History
      In 1966, Roy and Vivian Sampson, with help from his parents, started Arizona State Trailer Sales, Inc. Roy's mother was the inspiration behind the slogan Little Dealer Little Prices. Most businesses were advertising they were the biggest so we advertised that we were small and so are the prices. When customers started to think of us as Little Dealer Little Prices RV, we began using this as our name. Our pricing tradition hasn't changed in over 50 years, even though we've grown into offering one of the largest RV inventories in Arizona. Four generations of the Sampson family have participated and the Sampson family still owns and operates the company. On any given day you may see three generations of Sampson's helping customers. We consider many others part of our "Little Dealer" family or team; some of which have been with us for over 40 years.
