I have been taking my children to this practice for 16 years. The staff is friendly and professional. I can't say enough great things about this practice.

Worst office I have ever been taken my child to. The office staff were unapologetic after having to walk out after waiting for so long. I was there for ADHD medication for my son. You can't stick a child like that in a tiny room and leave them sit FOREVER waiting for a doctor when your appointment was a hour ago! HORRIBLE.

I agree, one star is giving too much credit! Call the office in an attempt to follow instructions given by the doctor. You will be told you have never been seen and they don't know what you are referring to. After you have verified your childs information several times and have to argue that you were in the office. You calmly inquire if they are even looking at the right patient's information....only to find that the person does not have the correct record in front of them. No apology for essentially implying that you are crazy or a liar. Just, something along the lines of...Oh, now what was that you were calling about?

What a waste of time. My two kids had to wait forever, then when we got in we were prodded around like cattle. Never again! Doesn't even deserve 1 star.
