We had a Green Monster Solar Hot Water Heater installed in 2010. In May of this year, 2015, it began to make weird noises and we shut it down. We had Adair Plumbing come out and check it because they were the Installers of the Unit. Again this was in May. Adair returned in June, 2015 to examine the panels and to get the Serial numbers on them. At this time, we were told that it would take 30 to 90 days to receive the Warranty Panels and to make an appointment as soon as they received them. We called the first of September and were told they were back ordered. We called the first of October and was told they should be here any day.

October 19, 2015 we called Adair and got the same answers but was given the phone number to call FAFCO to get an answer from them. ADAIR informed me that they represent GREEEN MONSTER in the claims of the equipment. FAFCO informed me that they make the panels 24 hours a day and that they ship them out daily. We called back to Adair and informed them of this and got the Claim numbers of the panels. Upon calling FAFCO back with the numbers, we were informed that they know nothing about ADAIR and the claim. That, they only deal with Reid Head Plumbing in Arizona. Again, FAFCO did not have any knowledge of ADAIR Plumbing on File.

October 20, 2015 we called ADAIR and informed their representative that FAFCO did not know anything about ADAIR Plumbing. The representative informed me that they would speak with the Owner of ADAIR. The Owner of Adair called me back and informed me that their attorneys informed them not to handle the Green Monster claims due to many Law Suits brought upon Green Monster. When asked why he did not inform us earlier he could not give me an answer.

As you can see we had several communications with ADAIR and the point of not taking care of the Warranty was not discussed.

In the mean time we have been without a Solar Hot Water Heater for 6 months now and have lost money on our utility bill.

I called Adair because of a leak under the kitchen sink. They came in two days, arrived on time and fixed the leak with expertise. I received a $50 certificate to use if I have any other plumbing needs in the next couple of months. Previously, I had Adair install a water heater. Love the service from this company.

I had these guys do a whole package for my home now through the summer I am seeing a large energy savings on my APS bill I have been very pleased with the results thus far first 6 months. I would recommend this process to anyone.

I was recommended to Adair by a family friend for solar panels. I have been extremely happy with their service and their product. They have taken very good care of me and did a great job and I plan to recomend them as well.

I got myself the complete package with solar heater, solar panels and insulation that helps block the sun out during the winter time months. the workers were a great group a guys that new the biz backward and forwards. This is a great little outfit. Def recommend.

Could not be happier with the solar water heater we had installed by Adair. So pleased with the way it works and their service dept. is second to nobody! Great purchase and huge savings. Very friendly too!

Adair Plumbing installed a new water softener for me and works great. I received several bids before buying this one and went with them not because of price (although their price was very good compared to everyone else), but they were very honest and promised that if I was not 100% satisfied I could get a full refund. Unless something crazy happens I will not be asking for a refund. Very happy customer.

I had bought a solar water heater from Adair Plumbing and love it. I have had it installed for about 6 months now and I have been saving $75-100 a month year over year. The unit they sold me works very well and we have yet to run out of any hot water. Since the solar water heater was installed they have also come back to install a RO system and I am also very pleased with the unit they installed.

I want to thank Adair Plumbing and the tech (Chris) who installed a water softener and RO unit at my house. Everyone I talked to was very nice and answered all of my questions. Chris did the install and was very clean and fast. They arrived at 8 am sharp just as they said they would and the price did not change from the origianl bid that was given to me.

I had a new water line installed (the old one was galvanized) and I am so happy with the job they did. They were able to replace the line without digging it up so I did not have to spend any money on the landscaping. Everyone was very professional and the final price did not change at all from the bid they gave me (which seems to happen a lot with construction people).

I came home last night to a leaking water heater. I called Adair about 6:30 pm and actually talked to someone live that new what they were talking about. They were willing to come out last night and replace the water heater, but I did not want to mess with it so they arrived today at 8:00 am just as promised and 45 minutes later I was driving to work. The plumber was very clean and professional. I will used them again.

I had a solar water heater installed a month ago and love it. The system works great. The install was just as they said it would be (2 hrs.) and the guys that installed the system (Andy and Juan) were great. I looked at several companies before deciding to go with Adair and it appears I made the right decision. I would not hesitate to call these guys again for any plumbing or solar needs that I will have in the future.

The other morning I woke up, grudgingly crawled out of bed, turned the radio on, and hopped in the shower to start my day. It started out as every other morning until 5 minutes into my shower, my water turned ice cold.

'Oh no. This cant be happening...'

I went into super speed and finished my shower as quickly as I could. First thing I did after I got ready was looked up a plumber. Adair Plumbing's name stuck out to me for some reason, and I gave them a call. I'm glad I did!!

They were able to come out that same day so I didnt have to take one more cold shower. The plumber was clean, very friendly and easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions. One thing I really liked is he gave me a price before he started any work so there were no surprises in the end. The plumber got the job done quickly and the price was more then fair. The next morning I woke up, grudgingly crawled out of bed, turned the radio on, and took a 20 minute hot shower just because I could!

I will definitely call Adair Plumbing next time I have any plumbing problems, and I will recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.
