Home Depot reached the bottom of the barrel for these guys! Got a fridge delivered 6 times. I work nights and asked for a PM appointment. They kept scheduling it at 7 am. Their truck was loud and a bunch of banging at 8 am. I thought there was a noise ordinance? Then ordered a microwave for my elderly mother, right on the receipt it says after 11 am. I am paying for the microwave , I am paying for the installation and I have NO CHOICE when they come. Tried calling their office, the Manager Sammy was RUDE, kept talking over me . The only offer she made was to reschedule with NO guarantee with a time frame. They have already woke me up at 7 twice! Why am I paying all this money AND SHIPPING, but I have no say on installation time. I even told them I would wait 6 months for a PM appointment. Order elsewhere!!!!! Thumbs way down to these CLOWNS!
