      interest

      We paid off or 6mo no interest and the say that we had to make 2 separate payments and they are now making us pay all the interest. . so mad. . . will never shop there again

      satisfaction guarantee is a joke

      The satisfaction “guarantee” appears to be a joke.I'm very upset with R.C. Willey's extended warantee program. We bought a new sofa and love seat, and purchased the extended warantee. A little after a year, the coloring has significantly come off of the sofa when using the R.C. Willey supplied leather cleaning kit. We called R.C. Willey and a gentleman came over and took some pictures of our sofa. A couple of days later, a R.C. Willey customer service rep called and said "tough luck", we won't fix the problem....you are on your own.If anyone is reading this and considering buying furniture through R.C. Willey, be prepared for slick salespeople, and SHODDY customer service after the sale. I was treated very rudely, and am left with expensive, defective leather furniture and an extended warantee that is worth nothing.

      They pressure you to buy their products. They have that cheerful personality on TV to tell you that they will take care of you if you have a problem...guaranteed. DON'T BELIEVE IT!!
