I help facilitate change using a wide variety of therapeutic techniques which include family systems, cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and mindfulness coupled with an empathetic, nonjudgmental and easy-going personality. I have experience working with clients of various ages and cultural backgrounds. My personal experience is diverse. I worked for a non-profit organization for thirteen years attending to the chronically mentally ill while consulting with the on-staff psychiatrist to provide comprehensive care. I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and our cat. I enjoy listening to music, going to concerts, reading, and working out. I like movies and especially enjoy comedies which can be a great stress reducer.
