- Dental ExaminationYour initial oral examination includes a visual examination, charting, periodontal probing, diagnosis, and treatment recommendations. We will also take x-rays, which include one or more of the following: complete x-rays series, panoramic x-ray, bite-wing x-ray series for proper diagnosis of proximal decay of posterior teeth or single Pa’s.

- FillingsDentists first remove the decayed tooth material, clean the affected area, and apply the filling material. There are gold fillings, amalgam (silver) fillings, composite (plastic) fillings, and porcelain fillings.
- VeneersA veneer is a thin shield of porcelain that is used to cover the front surface of the tooth. They are designed as a permanent way to change or enhance the look of stained, chipped, broken, or undesired teeth. A minimum of two appointments is often necessary to complete the procedure.
- CrownsA crown (or cap) is a tooth-shaped covering that covers the entire tooth surface in order to restore its original shape and size or to improve its appearance. Whereas a filling restores only part of a tooth, a crown can restore the structure of a much larger portion of the tooth.

- Root Canal TreatmentFor this procedure, the dentist might use local anesthesia. The dentist will then prepare the tooth by drilling an opening. After the dentist removes all of the decay and bacteria, he/she will use root canal files to clean out the canals (roots) of the tooth. Root canal files are small instruments that increase in diameter and fit down into the canals enabling the dentist to remove the nerve. Sometimes the dentists should wait a week or two before they finish a root canal, to make sure that there is no discomfort or further infection. If this is the case, the dentist will thoroughly clean the tooth and usually put some soothing medicine inside and seal it closed with a temporary filling material.
- Deep Cleaning
- DenturesDentures are made using your mouth as a model. First, the dentist will take an accurate impression of the upper and lower arches of your mouth. This impression is then sent to the dental laboratory.
