Im interested in a apartment of 3 bedroom 2 bath

Management has changed several times in the past few years. Nothing gets clean. I have several pictures of garbage piled up in the hallways. Children are running around all hours of the night. There is mold in my friends apt. The building is slowly falling down, walls keep cracking from the building settling. Management is never around when you need something. Hours are whenever they feel like coming in, if they come in. They do NOT return phone calls. They come in and out of your apt as they please. Parking lot is a hazard to ones health. Several tenants are suing due to falls in the lot. The timer on the lights have still not been set properly. Tenants are walking in the dark. They took away visitor parking. They took away the recycling rooms, the playground and the workout area. this is a secured building that is unsecured. They elevators don't always work. There is a handicapped women on the fifth floor who can't leave her home because of this. Don't live here if you value UR self.
