      I got a gift certificate from a charity auction for $400. I was REALLY delayed in using it because I got pregnant and everything being a first time parent. When I called to ask for an extension (one month past expiration), it was then that they told me I add to spend an additional $200 to be able to redeem the certificate even though it was not noted at the auction or on the certificate or anywhere on their paperwork. In the end however, they would not honor it becuase it was expired.Customer Service One Star!Will not work with customers so I guess they really don't need your business.
