- Cioccolato SoiaSoy chocolate. If you like gelato but you're vegan, it can be tough. We've found a solution for you: chocolate gelato made with soy milk. Dairy free, full of flavor.

- Cocco E BasilicoCoconut & basil. If we were stranded on a desert island, we'd be praying for basil. We'll just assume the coconuts are already there. Gotta try it to believe it.
- CremaCream. Although we make every recipe from scratch, there are two common "bases" in the gelato world. There's the white base, our fior di latte, and there's a yellow base, crema. Crema has eggs and the fior di latte doesn't. Taste the difference.

- Latte Di CoccoCoconut milk. Actually a blend of almond milk and coconut milk for a creamy, vegan option.
- LimoneLemon sorbet is an italian classic. When done right it really is something special. We do it right
- Limone E BasilicoLemon & basil. Lemon and basil sorbet. Sounds kind of weird, but it's one of the most refreshing and unique flavors around.
- MangoMango. The yellow-ist flavor you'll ever see. No artificial colors added, those are just mangos.
- MascarponeMascarpone. Mmmmmmm. Delicious mascarpone cheese. Try it with coffee gelato or a shot of espresso poured over the top. Sprinkle with coco powder for a twist on tiramisù.
- MeloneCantaloupe. When we make a sorbet, we want the final product to taste like the fruit that's in it. Take a bite of cantaloupe. Really good with a slice of prosciutto, by the way
