The food and staff are great!!

I live in the downtown area and ordered here for years. In the past 6 months the service , quality of service and food has went down

I called in a order for 7 sweet water wing dinners and the person that answered the phone told me to call back he was to busy to take my call. I ask was he serious and he said yes. I use to eat here at least 3 times a week and I will never return. The chicken last time was not cooked completely done. I asked them why their wings are not cooked like they normal the cook they I was told I had to order them well done. Since when do have order chicken well done? After my last few bad experiences within a week I will NEVER SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS AGAIN!!!. Bad business they argue in front of customers and don't respect they people that keep them in business. I wanted someone other than guys that work there to hear whats going on over there. Unbelievable attitudes.

1st time coming here, I ordered wings they came in 3 mins exactly. Wings were room temp and TOUGH, almost like it came out the microwave! Ordered meatloaf and hubby ordered catfish. That was the worst tasteless meatloaf I've EVER had! Catfish smelled like old grease and was also tasteless! The only thing that was decent was the baked
potato and salad! This was my 1st and LAST time Ever coming here!

Very good food and the chicken wings are the best around. Friendly atmosphere
